How about preserving the magic of the Pink Granite Coast together?
By visiting this exceptional land, you are contributing to its history. To ensure that these landscapes remain as unspoilt as they are sumptuous, here are a few simple things you can do during your stay to practise responsible tourism!

Put my rubbish in the bin!

It may seem obvious, but we still regularly find rubbish on the ground!
A small gesture that takes just a few seconds can save your rubbish several decades of decomposition!

I follow the signposted paths

It’s impossible to get lost! They allow you to follow a pre-established path, which avoids trampling the flora of the site or disturbing the local fauna – think about it! What’s more, fitting your walking sticks with small tips helps to protect the soil and preserve the beauty of our landscapes!
And if you want to take your four-legged friend for a walk, make sure you respect the areas and times when dogs are not allowed on beaches.

I don’t pick wild flowers

Our destination is rich in shells, pebbles and flowers, which are perfect souvenirs to keep in your living room.
But unfortunately, picking wild flowers has an impact on our landscape, and if everyone does it, it could have a lasting impact
on the local flora and fauna! Taking pretty pictures is just as good, and they won’t fade!

I take a water bottle

When hiking or walking, it’s important to stay well hydrated!
But rather than taking a plastic water bottle that can easily end up in the drink, opt for a water bottle!
Practical, reusable and environmentally friendly, it’s a hiker’s best friend!

Conquering the trails

Here, the paths wind between land and sea. Whether you’re looking for a sporting challenge, a moment of serenity or breathtaking scenery, the walks here promise...

For short distances, I take a bike!

It’s an anti-pollution measure that will also give you the chance to enjoy more of the countryside along the way! But take time to choose the right itinerary, as some paths cross sensitive areas and private property.
As a bonus, if you get tired of pedalling, why not hire an electrically-assisted bike directly from the Tourist Office?

For information on activities

Explore on horseback: Please note that not all beaches are accessible to our equine friends. Check with the Town Hall or Tourist Office before setting off to preserve the coastal waters!

Sea excursions: To protect the fauna, avoid the islets during the breeding season: be discreet and keep your distance from the animals. Nature will thank you!

Enjoying local Brittany

Eating locally means savouring Trégor… and supporting those who grow it! At the market, direct from our producers or on the farm, tasting seasonal produce is like tasting Brittany in its natural state!
And to bring out the best in our specialities, there’s nothing like an inspired chef! In our restaurants, a good meal is best enjoyed without haste… and if the plate is too generous, the doggy bag is there to prolong the pleasure at home!

A journey of taste

The appetite comes from exploring… and the Pink Granite Coast has plenty of places to satisfy it! Whether you fancy a gourmet break overlooking the ocean, a traditional...

60 natural sites

to discover

Islands, forests, moors, rivers

If this selection has whetted your appetite, there are 50 other natural sites covering 200 hectares, including 3 nature reserves with 6,000 different species of flora and fauna!

Good practice

These natural sites are fragile. We ask you to respect the following recommendations to reconcile public use and the preservation of biodiversity:

  • Stay on the paths
  • Respect the facilities
  • If your dog is allowed, keep it on a lead
  • Be discreet for the tranquillity of wildlife
  • Do not remove pebbles
  • Take photos of flowers rather than picking them
  • Take your rubbish with you
  • Check the tide times before heading out onto the foreshore
