Quality approach

Welcoming you today and tomorrow

Here, your welcome is our priority. Committed to the Qualité Tourisme™ label, the Brittany Côte de Granit Rose Tourist Office places visitor satisfaction at the heart of every attention: personalised advice, listening, reliable services. Today, this requirement is being strengthened with the aim of obtaining the Destination d’Excellence label by the end of 2026, to go even further in the quality of your experience and a tourism attentive to the territory.

A concrete commitment to your experience

For several years now, the Brittany Côte de Granit Rose Tourist Office has been committed to a demanding quality approach, recognised by the Qualité Tourisme™ label.
This national label guarantees an attentive welcome, reliable information and services tailored to your expectations, throughout your stay.
But here, quality is more than just a set of standards; it’s something we live by every day, in every piece of advice we give, every smile we share, every experience we recommend.

A dynamic in motion: heading for Destination d’Excellence

Today, we’re going one step further: the Tourist Office is embarking on a new phase:
the Destination d’Excellence label, supported by Atout France.

This development marks a strengthened ambition:

  • to offer an increasingly high-quality experience
  • take full account of environmental and social issues
  • promote more responsible tourism, in tune with our region.

What this means in concrete terms

The Destination d’Excellence approach means :

  • an ever more personalised and attentive welcome
  • clear, reliable and up-to-date information
  • services designed for everyone
  • attention to the environmental impact of our actions
  • closer collaboration with committed local players

It’s also a clear determination to make tourism rhyme with respect for the living world and preserve the unique character of the Pink Granite Coast.

Obtaining the Destination d’Excellence label by the end of 2026 means continuing the in-depth work we’ve been doing for 12 years on our Quality Initiative… and building on it for the future.

For all visitors

  • a professional welcome that is accessible, warm and connected

A collective approach

We can’t build this dynamic on our own:

  • our team, both in the field and behind the scenes
  • our partners: accommodation providers, restaurateurs, leisure activities, etc.
  • the local people, who bring the area to life on a daily basis

Together, we’re making progress towards a more attentive, more balanced and more sustainable form of tourism.

Your opinion counts

Because your experience helps us to move forward, we’re always ready to listen.
To ensure that everyone is satisfied with these commitments, the Tourist Office analyses and processes the responses to the satisfaction questionnaires, and takes into consideration all suggestions, comments, ideas and other complaints that are sent to it. Activity and customer satisfaction indicators are presented to the team as well as to elected representatives and tourism professionals as part of the management committee.

Classified as a Category 1 tourist office, it is an active member of the national and regional networks.

Here, quality is cultivated. In Trégor, heritage and nature, the Pink Granite Coast is a fragile and precious balance.
Our commitment to quality, now and in the future, aims to preserve this essential balance… and to help you live it to the full.
