From the raw ingredients through to the brewing process and right up to the tasting, you’ll learn everything there is to know about this drink ‘made in Trégor’.

Getting there

A craft brewery

This craft brewery, founded in 2007, is the result of a series of successful ventures. The venture to produce locally, Philomenn – the queen of Breton festivals and a beer full of character, just like the Trégor region itself – but also the somewhat mad gamble of rescuing from ruin an old railway site belonging to the ‘Petit Train des Côtes du Nord’, with its red bricks and steel beams… built by Harel de la Noé. A magical spot on the banks of the Jaudy, where you can discover every stage of the brewing process behind Philomenn – a beautiful, flavourful beer with a creamy head.
