From Tréguier, the historic capital of Trégor, you have to climb the wooded slopes of the Jaudy estuary to reach a cultivated plateau that stretches as far as Perros-Guirec. The alternatives towards the coast are well worth the effort: Plougrescant, Buguélès and its tide mill, and the archipelago of Port Blanc, all offer exceptional landscapes untouched by the crowds.
