Chez Ty Kouign is a small family business.
Philippe, artisan biscuit maker, sells his products at markets in Trégor and Goëlo, with one of the best kouign-amann cakes on the Pink Granite Coast as his flagship product!
Not to mention the famous Craquants de ‘Papy Kouign’. In addition to Breton specialities, the shop's shelves have been expanded to include a wide selection of fine foods and wines. With its large car park, the shop can accommodate coaches (booking is recommended). The company exports its kouign amann to restaurants in the region and twice a year to the capital for the Saint-Jacques shellfish festival in Montmartre and the Brittany festival on the steps of the 15th arrondissement town hall.
