Seaweed outing – foraging and cooking.
Need to recharge your batteries?
Come and enjoy the foreshore at low tide, discover seaweed, touch it, taste it, identify it and forage for it respectfully “it’s alive”.
Once the foraging is done, it’s time to cook.
Learn how to prepare seaweed simply (tips and advice) in a friendly workshop setting.
And finally, it’s time to taste the results!
Equipment: water shoes or wellies, a windbreaker, a pair of scissors, a bucket, sunglasses, sun cream (bring a change of clothes).
Duration of the outing: between 4 and 5 hours.
