The Tossen Keller complex in Penvénan, which is elliptical in shape and open to the east, dates back to 2,500 BC and comprises fifty-eight blocks, the smaller ones made of schist and the larger ones of granite. Some weigh as much as 5 or 6 tonnes.

Discovered in Penvénan, the ensemble was first reconstituted on the quays of Tréguier and repositioned on the current site in 2018. No trace of a burial site has been found. However, two central hearths as well as a few shards of Neolithic pottery, a dolerite axe and a few flint scrapers were discovered. The site was occupied by humans during the Iron Age, and underwent a lateral transformation during the Middle Ages.
