The church at Troguéry is a heterogeneous building, reflecting the many alterations it underwent between the end of the 14th century and the 19th century: the radiating Gothic-style south bays coexist with the Beaumanoir-style bell tower; the neo-medieval gables of the north aisle are interrupted by the 18th-century north porch.
The original building, dating from the late 14th century, should be compared with the neighbouring manor houses of Kerandraou and Troguéry (no longer in existence). The remains of the seigniorial gallery in the south arm of the transept, the font in the north porch and the baptismal font are tangible evidence of the historical relationship between these three buildings.
