The chapel was built in the 16th century by the Quelen du Dresnay family. It was later owned by the Marquis de La Fayette.

It has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1955, thanks to its carved wooden rood beam and bell tower.

The chapel is only open on request from the Town Hall.
Visits are free during the Léguer en Fête exhibitions.
There is an information board on site, available in 4 languages.
