The Black Rock Grill is a concept of cooking on a cast-iron griddle, heated to 450°, on which everyone cooks the ingredients of their choice: beef, lamb, duck, filet mignon, chicken, fish, shellfish, Yakitori (Japanese mini-brochettes), mixed grill. All served with seasonal vegetables and home fries.
