Making Christmas cookies

Ingredients
- 210 g butter
 - 250 g flour
 - 170 g sugar
 - 1 sachet vanilla sugar
 - 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
 - 200 g hazelnut powder
 
Preparation
Preparation time: 25 min
To begin, mix the butter, hazelnut powder and flour to form a dough.
Roll the dough into a sausage shape, 2.5 cm in diameter. Leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Then cut into 1 to 2 cm-thick slices and shape into crescent moons.
Bake at 175° for 15 minutes.
Let them rest for a moment, then roll them carefully in a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
Store in a cool place.
