After a day’s drive, you’ll arrive in Minihy-Tréguier, the birthplace of Saint Yves, as the day draws to a close. This charming Breton village welcomes you to a peaceful setting, nestled between nature and heritage. Discover its iconic church, its lush green landscapes and its ideal location close to Tréguier and the Pink Granite Coast.

You’ll settle in comfortably at the hotel, where you can relax and enjoy the facilities on offer.

To round off the day in style, a delicious dinner awaits you. Savour the local specialities in a friendly atmosphere, where every bite tells a story. Let yourself be enchanted by the flavours of Brittany and local anecdotes, whilst planning your next adventures in this enchanting region.

The Wild Coast

Get ready for a morning of ‘grand nature’.
Travel some sixty kilometres along the wild Plougrescant peninsula, where the sea shows just how versatile it is. A wild and unspoilt coastline, rocky and weathered by storms, unfolds as you round the bends of the scenic route.

Tréguier: echoes of the past

Encircled by the Jaudy and Guindy rivers, Tréguier is a labyrinth of charming alleyways and little squares, stretching from the harbour to the top of the hill. Under the watchful eye of the cathedral’s slender spire, half-timbered houses bear witness to the intense intellectual and artistic influence of this ‘Petite Cité de Caractère®’.

The Kerdalo Gardens

Nestled in a small valley sloping down to the River Jaudy, the gardens have been designed as a living tableau, with a bold colour scheme and water as the central theme. Ponds, waterfalls, a water staircase, a grotto, pavilions, bas-reliefs made from shells… let yourself be enchanted by the spirit and magic of this romantic spot, both natural and man-made, where Italian-style terraces, an English garden and meadows lie side by side around the manor house. An unclassifiable treasure, home to 5,000 local species.

Everyone drinks beer, but how is it made?

Join Pauline as you immerse yourself in the history of this former industrial wasteland, now converted into a brewery.
The site has retained its original character: red bricks, steel beams… but the products coming out of it have nothing to do with locomotives anymore!

Next, Philippe, an artisan biscuit maker, will be delighted to welcome you and introduce you to his flagship product – ‘one of the best’ kouign-amanns on the Pink Granite Coast! Not to mention the famous ‘Papy Kouign’ crispbreads. And for those who’d like to, you can have a go at making them yourself!

Guided tour of La Roche-Derrien

Immerse yourself in a ‘Petite Cité de Caractère®’ with a rich medieval past

Relive the history of this small medieval town which, having suffered through the Wars of Succession, managed to rise again to become a prosperous town home to numerous craft industries.

The Ar Roc’h distillery

Located in La Roche-Jaudy, in the heart of Trégor, in a building dating from the early 20th century – originally built for the wine and cider trade – the distillery opens its doors to you. Come and discover the six glass-lined concrete vats, a construction technique as original as it is splendid, within the distillery.

Set off to explore the island of Bréhat, the jewel of the Côtes d’Armor!

Set off on a boat trip to this unspoilt island, where there are no cars and flower-lined paths invite you to take a stroll. As you tour the island by speedboat, admire its varied landscapes: sculpted cliffs, coves with turquoise waters and the Paon lighthouse, which towers over the north coast.

Surrounded by a multitude of islets, Bréhat offers a unique panorama and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for getting away from it all.

A getaway between land and sea, ideal for recharging your batteries in the heart of an unspoilt setting.

Kastell Dinec’h Hotel***

Situated in Minihy-Tréguier, the Kastell Dinec’h is a former 17th-century farmhouse that has been carefully restored. Its peaceful setting, stone walls and rooms combining charm and comfort make it the ideal spot for a Breton getaway.

Its restaurant serves refined cuisine featuring regional flavours, with a focus on local produce. Just a stone’s throw from Tréguier and the Pink Granite Coast, it is the perfect base for combining relaxation with exploration.
