It also pulsates to the rhythm of its galleries, cafés and festivals, offering a Breton getaway where charm and modernity meet. A town with two speeds: one for dreaming, the other for innovating!

Discovering our heritage

of Lannion

Capital of telecoms

Lannion has a rich history spanning several centuries, as evidenced by the 142 steps of the Brélévenez staircase and its 12th-century church. At the top of these stairs, you’ll find a breathtaking panorama that’s not to be missed! The history of Lannion is also brought to life in the streets of the town, where each timber-framed house gives us a glimpse of life in days gone by. Lannion is also the perfect place to try your hand at Breton dancing on Friday evenings in summer, or during the “Les Tardives” musical event, which transforms the town into a veritable fest-noz. If the hustle and bustle of the capital of Trégor has won you over, head off to the charming Goas Lagorn valley, just a few kilometres away and accessible from the towpath. Here you can recharge your batteries and discover a wild landscape, combining sea and forest. And who knows, maybe you’ll meet some korrigans…
