Boulevard de la Mer, 22710 Penvénan
This rock, topped by a sentry box, was used in the past to keep an eye on enemy incursions from the small islands in the bay of Port-Blanc. Having been destroyed, the sentry box was rebuilt at the beginning of the 20th century on the initiative of Théodore Botrel. He added two statues: that of Saint-Tugdual and that of Notre-Dame de la mer. At the foot of the rock, visitors can discover an old powder magazine, a reminder of the site's defensive past.
