The must-havesStage 1
Paimpol - Tréguier
From Paimpol, explore the Trieux and Jaudy estuaries to reach the Petite Cité de Caractère of Tréguier. On the way, explore the Presqu’île and don’t miss the local link leading to a site unique in Europe: the Sillon de Talbert. In Lézardrieux, soak up the remarkable architecture of its Beaumanoir-style church and the lively atmosphere of its marina. On the banks of the Jaudy, take in the splendidgardens of Kerdalo at Trédarzec. Take time to explore the characterful town of Tréguier, with its picturesque narrow streets, timber-framed houses and majestic cathedral and cloister.

Stage 2
From Tréguier to Perros-Guirec
From Tréguier, climb the wooded slopes of the Jaudy estuary to reach a green plateau stretching as far as Perros-Guirec. The coastal variants are well worth the effort: Plougrescant, Buguélès with its authentic Tide Mill, and the unspoilt archipelago of Port Blanc offer exceptional panoramas, far from the hustle and bustle of tourism. The passerelle Saint-François, the remains of an ancient tollgate for crossing the Guindy estuary, is now a treasure trove for walkers and cyclists.
Step 3
From Perros-Guirec to Trébeurden
Tour this stage of the Tour de Manche along the pink corniche, offering breathtaking views of the sea and multiple panoramas of the surrounding beaches. The coves dotting the rocky tip of Le Castel are an irresistible invitation to swim. However, bear in mind that this leg, despite its beauty, has some steep slopes, making it a sporting challenge.
Nestled in the heart of the bay, the charming Port de Ploumanac’h offers a haven of peace preserved from the vagaries of the wind and sea. Be sure to visit the Trégastel tide mill, located at the mouth of the mysterious vallée des Traouïeros, and discover this testament to the region’s rich heritage.
Explore the site of Kerguntuil to discover an impressive dolmen, whose top slab weighs around 20 tonnes, and offers a fascinating insight into the ancient history of the region. Last but not least, don’t miss the Menhir de Saint-Uzec, towering more than 7 metres high. It is thought to have been Christianised in the 17th century and is now topped by a cross, adorned with engravings that once depicted the symbols of Christ’s passion.

Step 4
Trébeurden - Lannion
Drive to the flower-filled banks of the Léguer for this penultimate stage of the Tour de Manche in Costa Armor territory. From the cliffs, there are many windows onto the sea, offering spectacular views of the wild coast.
Despite a steep slope in the Brélévenez district of Lannion, this stage is family-friendly, allowing walkers of all abilities to enjoy the beauty of the scenery.
On the heights of the Goas Lagorn valley, you’ll discover a remarkable natural site with a wide variety of environments: moors, peat bogs, woods and rivers. A unique site to discover on foot, ideal for a lunch break in the heart of nature.
Step 5
From Lannion to Plestin-Les-Grèves
This is the final stage of La Vélomaritime in the Côtes d’Armor! As you leave Lannion, enjoy a plunging view from the cliffs towards the bay of Saint-Michel-en-Grève, a spectacular landscape that will accompany you throughout this final leg.
Before joining a greenway section at Ploumilliau, be sure to make a diversion to the port of Locquémeau via the falaises de Trédrez. Stretching for almost 2 kilometres, these wild cliffs are among the largest natural areas in the Côtes d’Armor. Admire the raw beauty of the coastline and enjoy an unforgettable seaside walk.
