Production of pure cider with natural head, apple juice, jelly, vinegar, brandies and aperitifs.
The apples come from orchards located near the cider house.
These orchards, both high-stemmed and low-stemmed, are guaranteed not to be treated. They include more than 30 varieties of apples, are grassed and are certified AB.
Producer sales: all year round, Tuesday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm and in summer from 10am to 12.30pm.
