Part of the former Trorozec manor estate, this 7.5 hectare area has been owned by the town of Lannion since 2007. Developed for agricultural and forestry production, it now acts as an ecological corridor between the town and the countryside.
This natural enclave has a landscape of hedged farmland, woods and meadows inherited from its past. The St Patrick's brook, which runs through it, completes the setting by providing a diversity of wetlands on either side of the gravel embankment. The former orchard is once again home to a collection of apple trees typical of the Côtes d'Armor and Brittany.
The fauna that inhabits these areas includes numerous butterflies and birds, as well as badgers, foxes and martens.
Welcome to ordinary nature, managed in a differentiated way.
