We are actively committed to accessibility, adapting our permanent offices to welcome all our visitors, offering optimized access and adapted comfort.

Motor disabilities

Obstacle-free walkway.
Lowered reception counter.

Hearing impairment

Staff are trained and aware of the need to adapt to each request, and each advisor can provide information in writing.
Hearing aid system with magnetic loop (and amplifier available at reception).

Visually impaired

Reception hall with obstacle-free interior walkways.
Guide dogs accepted.
Destination guide available in Braille.

Mental disability

For each request, staff adapt their language for better understanding.
Documentation is classified by theme and identified by pictograms.
