La Côte Sauvage For some sixty kilometers, the sea shows what it can do. A wild, unspoilt coastline, rocky and jagged by storms, is revealed as the tourist route winds its way around the bends. A number of stops will enable you to discover the magnificent natural and heritage sites along the way:

La Chapelle Saint-Gonery and le Gouffre in Plougrescant.
The seaside resort of Port Blanc with its Sentinel Rock. This rock, topped by a sentry box, was once used to keep an eye on enemy incursions from the small islands in the bay of Port Blanc.

Tréguier, ancient episcopal city

Take a stroll through the town’s narrow streets and squares, and discover its many mansions and half-timbered houses. Particularly noteworthy is the house housing the Ernest Renan Museum (a famous 19th-century philosopher), whose half-timbered facade is particularly elaborate. Visit the Cloister: in the shade of the 48 finely-worked arcades that encircle this green, flower-filled place of peace, you’ll never tire of admiring the complex architecture of the building where Saint-Yves, patron saint of Bretons and lawyers, found eternal rest.
