A sensory experience: examine, touch, smell and crunch. Learn to identify them and pick them respectfully from the foreshore, in the heart of these protected natural areas. Along the way, we'll fill 4 baskets: the cook's, the magician's, the pharmacist's and the joker's.
Pleasure workshop: Get your aprons ready and prepare your own recipes for well-being. Take advantage of the natural virtues of seaweed in a veggie, cosmetic or artistic workshop.
