Prepare a Breizh-style punch
Preparation for 1 glass
Ingredients
- 2 measures Rum
- ½ measure honey
- ¾ measure lemon juice
- 1 measure cider (or apple juice)
- 2 measures sparkling water
- 2 measures sparkling wine
Garnish:
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- Dehydrated apple slices
Preparation
Preparation time: 5 min per glass Pour rum, honey and lemon juice into a large wine glass. Fill the glass with ice, and stir gently to combine the ingredients. Add sparkling water, cider and sparkling wine. Stir again to blend, adding more ice. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and dehydrated apple slices, if desired. Serve and enjoy this delicious Punch Breton!
